Hi

I have a friend that's thinking about a second hand Cayenne, his only concern is the MPG, in the real world does anyone get close to 30MPG, if so perhaps you could e-mail me the year & model

Also are all Cayenne's tax band M no matter what model or year?

Thanks

Karl

He'll be lucky, unless it's a Diesel. 38mpg combined official figure, 34mpg in real life, but of course you're talking 2010 vintage. 195gm/km CO2 so tax band J.

Cayenne V6 and V8 give around 20mpg and the turbo less.

Yes, you're right, the late facelift cars had the diesel option. Here's one http://www.pistonheads.com/sales/2617271.htm

If he's at the entry level price range of Cayenne's then only choice would be 3.2 v6 or the 4.5 v8.

Ive owned both and MPG is pretty much the same. Both around 20 MPG, as stated above.

The 4.5 V8 is alot faster compared with the 3.2 V6.

Both are great pieces of kit for what money you can pick them up for nowadays.
