I have just bought a 958 Cayenne S. I had faults showing and replaced the alarm siren. This cleared all the faults, but then they started coming back. I have multiple system faults but it drives ok. I have checked the battery and that is ok. The faults clear but then come back. Has anyone got any ideas?

Checked the battery off the car and it was reading as a new battery, both volts and amps. Spent yesterday investigating. Found water in the front footwells. Checked the external drain points and investigated the sunroof. Looks like the sunroof drain points might be blocked. Would the water be causing the multiple fault codes.
Oddly enough the sunroof was mentioned in this post yesterday.
