Looks lovely. Are you going to re-fit the door/wing bumper strips? I've just had a full respray on mine and I'm tempted to leave these off as I think it is a nice clean look without them.

Deletion of the strips was an option when ordering new, personally i think they look better as the car looks too slab sided without, have you replaced the jacking point "diamonds" on the sills ?

WOW looks totally awesome, I've been told Guards Red is the best colour [:D]

how much can one expect to pay for a respray?

Did you spray over the top of the old paint or go back to bare metal?

Is it ok to jet wash our engines like that, humm could be a job for the weekend but not sure if its gona knacker something.

Looks great, can't wait to see it put back together.

J

Fantastic pictures and really interesting to see. Paint and body work are my next big thing to sort next year all being well, hopefully mine will end up looking as superb once its all done.

Looks great. Know what you mean about the front wings, I had mine repaired at first but the shape just wasn't quite right so ended up doing the same as you.

Some more pictures :)

stripped out the rear beam and some other bits ! all sandblasted and re painted :P
