My ABS also functions as a ghost detector...

.. or more accurately the warning light does.

There was a long saga with my ABS. I ended up having everything except the front wing loom replaced, so it's all working now except a little enthusiastic (i.e. comes on a bit when rolling to a halt).

What is strange is that when I drive home each day (about 37 miles), the light comes on outside exactly the same house a mile or so from home, 36.2 miles to be precise.

It doesn't come on in the morning when I'm taking the same journey backwards (i.e. it's not the distance), it doesn't matter which route I take, t doesn't even matter where I'm coiming from (it did it coming back from London, about 200miles) It doesn't matter how long it takes, whether the motorway is clear or it's jammed all the way, nor does the weather make any odds. As soon as I drive past the old white house next to the school, the light comes on. Not every night, but maybe once a week.

I reckon the house is haunted and my ABS has paranormal powers

Remember to include that as an extra when you come to sell, will push the value up[:D]

Anything strange about the road at the location of this house?

Given that the ABS works by measuring the relative rotation of the wheels (with some maths to adjust for the going around corners), perhaps there is something about the road surface or the camber/turn etc that is fooling the ABS.

I'd call MI6 - there may be some nasty dudes in the house using some sort of powerful scanning equipment!!
