My 'To Do' list...

Seeing as it is a quiet day at work [8|], I have tried to compile a To Do list for my car, some of which is pure fairy tale stuff, some more realistic - planned stuff first!
  1. Treat and respray lower front wings & repaint sills
  2. Respray sunroof panel to remove chipped paint on trailing edge
  3. Fit new outer window scraper rubbers to doors[8|]
  4. Obtain and fit good s/h n/s front spot/fog lamp unit - old one has rusting to reflector[8|]
  5. Apply some more silicone sealant to bottom of o/s rear lamp cluster inside car to stop minor weep of rainwater.
  6. Fit new front door speakers - provided I can get some to fit existing aperture and o/e grill
  7. Install an AFR gauge
  8. Fit bracing brackets for the front ARB
  9. Now into the realms of fantasy....[:D]
  10. Get some Recaro buckets reupholstered to match the current linen leather seats, thereby shaving around 60kg off the weight....
  11. Procur and fit some teardrop mirrors[:D]
  12. Fit some 968 door handles
  13. Fit some lovely anodised front top mounts....[8|][:D]
  14. New Porsche OPC mats
  15. Nice shiny new 3.2 XXX witchcraft engine.....[:D]
  16. Employ Angelina Jolie to wash it for me.....[:D]

Any more for any more?!

[:D]

Looks like a great list, Nick. Just send Angelina over to wash mine when you are done, eh? I do find that Mylene Klass doesn't do a very good job ... []

I sacked Kylie as she couldn't reach the middle of the roof....

... sounds like a very good argument for a drastic lowering kit to me. [:D]

KWv3's seem to be the choice of the moment.

I employed her shortly afterwards. I just give her a 'leg-up' and it's fine.

Just moving away from Kylie for a moment (apologies), Nick you've prompted me to think about my own front driving fog/lamp.

As we know, they are loads from an OPC. Has anybody got a recommendation for an alternatively source, expecially as the lens on my O/S one is intact, just cracked from top to bottom?

Thanks

Last lens I bought was from Bert at Berlyn services, can't remember how much but it
was far cheaper than the OPC.

Errm, back to Kylie for a moment...[:D]

...Can't quite believe that she's 40, I must be getting old(er)...[8|][:D]

Thanks Peter, just checked and the lens is currently £83 inc VAT.
