Hi folks
Don't know how many of our enthusiastic crowd visited the 24th April show at Stoneleigh but I was pretty disappointed.Original details stated that the BMW show was separate to ours but not so on the day!On the whole a poor show I thought:your comments please.(only big plus point was meeting Jacob & co for a deal with some st/st exhaust bits)Jacob is living proof that his 3.2 is a family sports coupe!!

Great to meet up with you Ian - you must let me know what you think to the pipe[:D][:D]

I couldn't believe it when you decided to leave so soon - but actually when we had our walk around and looked at all the BMW's and there sound systems and the chavs racing around the car park we decided to hot foot it out there!

BTW thanks to the decoy 944 turbo that I followed assuming it was heading to stoneleigh, that kindly took me to Lemington Spa[]

It was about as poor as expected. Quite right that it wasn't endorsed by the Club. How hard would it have been to seperate out the Porsches?

Interesting to see the contrast between a Porsche crowd and a BMW crowd - serious bling happening - nasty nasty cars.

Some nice Porsches in the car park at various times - at least as good as those being exhibited. Caught a Gallardo owner complaining to the Paintshield people how knackered the front of his car was getting from stone chips - checked it out and boy was he right.

Highlight for me was the ex Prodigy Gemballa 600GT now converted back to 993 GT2 spec and the multiple concours winning 930.

I guess he probably has the product on now[:D] as we have done a number of these cars since Stoneleigh as a Trader we were not impressed either TBH the organisers need to do better IMHO

Cheers

Tom
