N rated tyre subject again

I have been looking at Winter approved tyres and I only found 1 tyre which was 'N' rated on the list.

Looking at the non rated Dunlop SP Wintersport M2 the reviews are very good, in fact Dunlop now have an M3 version which they claim is as good in the dry, wet and snow !

I have read on this and other forums about insurance companies not paying out when non 'N' rated tyres are fitted, but the approved list for winter tyres includes both non and 'N' rated !

So could the M3 be fitted for all season performance ..........
