What kind of scum bag would do this to one of our beloved cars . . . all that carnage and still didn't manage to steal the stereo.

Car is for sale (nothing to do with be BTW) . . . .

I am afraid that this happens all too frequently with older radios; unique fit or fascia removed reduces the chance of this happening.

A visible deterrent such as a disklok also helps; car thieves are lazy and do not want to spend any time longer than absolutely necessary in and around a car. The longer time spent = the greater chance of being seen, interrupted or caught.
