Navigation Plus Favourites disappear

Hi
Happened twice now in first 3 months of ownership. Saved favourites, including Home address, disappear from Navigation Plus. Login to MyPorsche on website and they aren't in Personal Destinations either. Anyone else experience same issue?

David,
Yes, I have had similar things happening. My work address disappeared from the car last week. At other times (when my phone is connected) the favourites and recent destinations are blank. Having raised the issue with the Porsche Connect people I have given up and am relying on the next software update fixing it, but with little confidence!

I have a reply from Porsche.

‘Your saved destinations stored under ‘My Destinations’ will be deleted after 30 days. Please see the excerpt below confirming that this is the case under Navigation Plus. The question has been asked before but unfortunately at present there is no way of amending this so the destination stays more permanently.”

Seems bizarre to me that this seems to apply to stored home and work addresses so am querying that.

I am sure that this has not the case with mine, but it may be a change that is recently been applied (in which case why?). However more recently added locations have been removed within a week of me adding them, so anything is possible!

As an example, the car currently has Work only (Home having been removed last week without me doing a thing), with no other addresses, whereas the website has Home and Work and one other address, and the App Home only with the same single other address!

Enough to drive a man mad!

I had the same issues for nearly the full 16 months of ownership. I would email contact@porsche.co.uk and let them know you are getting these issues too. In the end they did a server update that seemed to fix it but I sold the car so not 100% sure it really did...
