The Club will not have a stand at this years show. This was due to financial reasons, not only the cost of site ,but also of support. I have spoken to the club and offered my assistance in an attempt to restore this event to next years club calendar.

car club stands are free. its the cost of decorating/supporting them that costs.

with free LOCAL support the club really should be able to attend on a very small budget.

Alledgedly the people asked were not interested.I was not asked and was unaware of the situation till today. RO

Patrick, rumours are no good for any club.. please read the thread in the General and members area, I responded on behalf of those who were "not interested".

Both myself, Helen and many more have offered assistance for next year.. none of us were asked this year!![:'(]

This is one of the points I hope to raise on the18th, at which point you may get to hear both sides of the Story...

I'm going as an exhibitor on Sunday, but with an e-type and not a Porker.
Shame. Perhaps next year.
As it is only a few minutes on a train from Wolves, I was only invited today and will be pleased to attend. No doubt I could have done the same thing for PCGB.
