Sure this was seen for sale recently, but it says its a new ad. ?
Cant remember the price then but I think the orange stripe is stuck on.
Seems a trifle expensive to me.[;)]

I quite like the colour. And it's got a Club sticker in the windscreen.

'Tis a tad expensive though. I suspect it's priced more as "what I spent" than "what it's worth". Sadly, the two seldom meet. [&o]

Slightly off topic 'ish' but I was a very nice sounding ( from the ad) 968 Sport recently on P.H. It looked well spec'd well looked after , caged and a possible buy at 7,750.
Guess what colour it was though ! , yep pale blue.

I think it would have been quickly snapped up in a more popular colour , I do like that 968 though but just couldnt live with any car in pale blue.

Guess I'm saying for me the premium can't be for the colour [:D]

Colour taste changes. My 968 was Maritime Blue, it was my favourite colour and I searched for it specifically. Later I had my hillclimber painted in Maritime Blue too and it was still extremely rare and not particularly popular (the racer was referred to as 'The Purple Pig').

Move forward twenty years and Maritime Blue seems to be everyones favourite colour. If I paint my current track car, then itll be either Mint Green, Rubystone Red; or possibly duck egg blue...
