Hi All,
I came across this set on Design911 and I have to say, I am tempted to buy it but I was wondering if any of you know this brand...
Any advice really welcome keeping in mind that my priotiy #1 is gaining a bit of power, the better sound is an additional side benefit.

  • From an MOT standpoint: Is there a risk that I could fail MOT due to level of polution or noise superior to what is accepted?
  • From a legal standpoint: Am I at risk to get stop and fined by the police because of the noise?
  • From a performance standpoint: Is it really worth it?
  • From a cost standpoint: Is there a better deal/quality available in town I should be aware of?

Thanks in advance for your response and feel free to explore any angles I would have missed...

Hi, it's a shame you can't find one on you tube that has been fitted. I think it will be loud to be honest. If your exhaust is in good condition have you thought about the gundo hack?
I managed to find a great pair of silencers on eBay that had been altered to be in the fixed position of the pcm sports exhaust and sounds excellent and still nice inside the car too. You do not want it to be too loud in the cab. Just my thoughts. Good luck with your decisions.

I paid £400 for the cats and back boxes delivered and they were in great condition I was very lucky I think. My old boxes where in dia need of replacing having come apart at seems and the Flexi rotted on one side too.

Well... Purchase made but I went for someting middle ground (see below)

DECIBEL READINGS
IDLE : 76DBS
MAXIMUM: 102DBS

To put things in perspective, my OEM exhausts have been measured at 100DBS in Brands Hatch three months ago so not a hugh increase...

My Indi (Porsche Brooklands in Kent) confirmed that the full system as I originally considered or changing the air intake is what really makes it much, much more noisier...
Thnaks for your comments and with the money saved, I can now start the CARBON and the central consol repainting project :)
Best!

My advice leave it alone ,they sound great standard and then you will have no worries of will it or wont it

If you do go ahead and get one don't forget there's VAT on top of that plus delivery...……...also you may end up drilling out the exhaust studs when they snap in the head
