Need Electronics specialist for my 964

Hello
Have an LHD 964 1990 and the ABS and Diff lights come on intermittently, resulting in the engine cutting out. Car jerks along the road dangerously. Does anyone know a specialist or have had such a problem before?

Thanks
Satish

Fuse for the ABS system went on mine and caused similar. I'm sure others can be more precise but I understand there may be two fuses, one in the main fuse box and one at the front of the car where the abs controller is. It was James at JGC that sorted mine, he's on 01280 701911

Yup, check fuse # 16 (15A). Also check/swap/replace ABS relay R34. If your VIN# suggests a MY 1991 (despite a manuf date of '90) then check the relay R24 (C4 speed sensors) next to the ABS relay.

Engine cuts out at idle or when driving? ABS and PDAS warning lights extinguish @2k rpm when at rest or remain on?

Thanks both, I will be sure to have them checked. Went to Paul Stephens and they did a bunch of separate electrics work and car worked fine for 4 weeks.

Then, Engine dies suddenly then comes back to life while driving, even at 60mph. ABS and PDSA light flash on/off. Assume they are all linked somehow.
