Nervous about driving!

Hello allI will be driving my 924 for the first time in a while and want to be sure I am legal, it is currently on SORN and ready for its run out. I will be insuring the car with Locktons beforehand and an MOT appointment has been made at RPM Technik.

Obviously I can't tax the car until it passes the MOT, and I presume the same is true of the SORN status?
Have I missed anything?

As long as the car is insured and you have an MOT appointment, you're perfectly entitled to drive the car to and from that appointment. The same applies if it fails and you have to get it tested again. Once you have the MOT then you can apply for the vehicle tax.
