New 911 from 911 Virgin

Well I finally picked up my 911 996 C2 Face lifted model. I bought it from Tom at 911 Virgin. I must admit I can not fault the way that he has looked after me. I am quite a nervous purchaser and had the car inspected by Peter Morgan, worth every penny. He found found very little that had not already been pointed out by Tom.[FONT=verdana, geneva"] [FONT=verdana, geneva"]I even had my first run out to Bourton on the Water, my cheeks are aching, when does the smiling stop?[FONT=verdana, geneva"] [FONT=verdana, geneva"]Despite my 3000 questions and inherent distrust of car sales people he treated me fairly through out. I would defiantly recommend them to any one who is looking for a Porsche.[FONT=verdana, geneva"] [FONT=verdana, geneva"] [FONT=verdana, geneva"]

Looks very nice. Any more photos and spec details? (try photobucket or similar to store and share photos)

Great also to see a car supplier who cares.

(How does Peter Morgans service work and what does it cover? Is there a written or verbal report at the end? Please start another thread about these questions if you feel this will distract from your post.)

... when does the smiling stop?...

It doesn't!

Also agree with you about 911V (Although I did not, in the end, purchase a car though them, they were very helpful and it was only down to who first found a car that matched my criteria).

Peter Morgan provides an extremely extensive report including pictures and HPI check it must run to around 12 pages. Peter will also check the documents including the servicing receipts and will highlight any inconsistencies. I can highly recommend his services, especially if you are new to Porsche, I was very lucky with the car and dealer as he did not find too much that had not been declared by the dealer.

Looks good, nice to hear your purchase was made all the better by dealing with a fair company.

I've had mine just over a year and i still smile when i walk from my office each evening!!!!!!!!!!!!

Cheers Chris.

I am a big fan of Tom and 911Virgin with two happy purchases from him - utterly honest traders.

First congrats on the car, and no you won't stop smiling!! I don't know Tom but thank goodness to find an endorsement for a straight up dealer.
Peter Morgan is spot on, produced a very comprehensive report when I was looking to buy would certainly recommend him.
Enjoy your car I know I smile even when I think about going to the garage to get her out!

I've had mine 18 months now and the smiling never stops.

I also used Peter Morgan and his report was excellent value. It put my mind at ease.

Also bought my 996 Cab from Tom at 911 Virgin a couple of years ago. I was very pleased with the service both before and after purchase. I would recommend them any time.
