New 928 buyer

I have just purchased a 1991 928s and as I'm no mechanic I'm very daunted by all the little (mainly electrical) jobs that need addressing with the car. I'm looking for a knowledgeable mate who can help me in the near future to give me advice and steer me in the best direction to get the instructions on how to deal with the work. Also the number plate is not much use to me as I'm not female, so if anyone knows somebody who would like to purchase it, I would sell it to a good home, it's LEA 928 5, thanks

Where are you based?

The best place for tech help for me has been rennlist 928 forum, who generally are a very good bunch if with an american bias.

Hi thanks for your reply, I,m in Swaffham, Norfolk, will check them out, going to finish my toyota project before I start the Porsche. Got the number plate wrong, it's LIA 928 5, where should I advertise it?, it's a great plate for someone

Hi,
Congrats on your new 928.
I advise you to join the 928org uk mailing list. You will not find a better, more informed bunch of owners. Any technical advice will be available through them,
