New adittion 996 C4

Good morning

I have just taken ownership of a 2003 C4 and would like to know if there are any parts or maintenance catalogues on line? I got a good one previously from Pelican parts for the 964 but they don't have the same for the 996??

Many thanks for the link I will have a look at it this evening. Been looking at the 996 model for some time and think I have a good one to start with, it will need a few things looking at but nothing serious at the moment.

Our Mr Hamilton is so modest. You could also check out his published and very
useful guide regarding all things 996. It is a great and very handy resource.

Try to ignore most of the 996 engine scares. There are problems, but they occur much
Less frequently than the doomsayers would have you believe.

Enjoy the car. Service it regularly. Change the oil every 6000 miles max.

Thank you for the welcome and the information.

To be honest there is a lot of bad press for the car which would put a lot of people off. I spent quite a lot of time prior to purchase looking at the evidence and thought that it would be well worth the small risk involved. I will be asking lots of questions and for advise over the next few months for sure!

Enjoy it, and welcome I've had a 98 c4 for 10 years this year and it's been great fun still enjoying it.

I think that if you get a good one, look after it and it will be a good fun car.

Many thanks for that! I hope that I have done enough with the good PPI and lots of internet research only time will tell but feel great to have the car now!
