New Boxster 987S owner!

Hot on the heels of two similar posts yesterday, I wanted to share my news - collected my new Guards Red 987.2 Boxster S yesterday.


I‘m so thrilled. Wanted a Porsche since I was 5yrs old and finally done it. I joined PCGB 4yrs ago for a year when planning to get one, but then had a second child. And now I’m back - I’m a dad of two young kids and just picked up a 2 seater sports car - madness? Yep. Crazy? A little. Good fun? Definitely.

I'm also a proud new owner, although both car and owner are a little older than the original poster. Mine is a 987.1 3.4S Sport Edition Tiptronic in Jet Black with Sand Beige interior and PASM.

I have owned over 120 cars in my lifetime, many of them so-called 'sports cars', and driven countless more and I confess to being pretty amazed at just how good this Boxster is. Never really believed all the hype until now. Respect to the designer of the suspension.👍
