A car ahead of its time, and they just could not sell them.

Now if it had had a Porsche badge ?

The Sports suspension would have been pliant !

As it was, it was so hard that it buckled wheels and tried to throw you off the edge of the road --- much like a 964RS [:D]

Parked it next to Helen's brand new A1 and the A2 looks more even more modern if that makes sense.

Bought one a couple of months back to tow behind a Motorhome, awesome car......................

Mines is the Tdi with the red i, so it's got a whole 90 bhp and is fitted with disc brakes on the rear
( to cope with the power :)))

Sad to say I think it's Fab, drive it like you stole it and it still gives 50+ mpg.

Cheers Al

Owned my A2 TDi for six years now .... unlike my other pork can't sell it, cruise all day at 85 (allegedly) so much room, particularly back seats out, like a van, can carry a full load of 80 carbands .... 50-80 gallon, so nippy round town, two weeks between fill ups .... then I have the mad machine!
