The sound is the only drawback, but the car is much quicker and really good to drive, with sports Exhaust on, it’s nit too bad.

 
just had a test drive in a 2018 911.2 gts/4 can't fault it .. just the noise doesn't sound as good as my 991.1 with sports exhaust but the drive is very good very engaging had it for 2days thinking about swapping
 
I agree with you I drove the car to porthmadoc in north wales did about 160 miles and in my opinion the car was best in sport mode with sport exhaust on this car has ceramic brakes which felt fantastic

You will find that the exhaust sounds improves over time, at 13K mine is just fine now with SPE on. Might be not quite so loud as the previous model.
