Thanks John .....just need to change the plate to SK11NTT [:D][:D] got snow over here so not taking it out for a run [:'(]

Very nice choice of colour Brian, and I see this years heating allowance has went to a good cause [:D]. All we need is the summer, word of warning Brian the car thiefs are out and about in the EK area so but it away in the garage and get the biggest hungriest dog you can find to look after your keys. Looking forward to seeing it in the flesh

My mate has two Rottweiler's Crufts winners in the past so perhaps i can rent them out [:D] the car has VTS fitted but still to activate it cost £200 a year in your experience does this system work well or recommend ...or would i really want it back ?? Heating turned all the way up today [:D]

Looks very nice Brian and a rare car, I see a white one in Glasgow occasionally and they look great. Red looks fantastic. I have the VTS activated in my GT3 RS, the system works well however you must constantly remind yourself to carry the fob in your pocket separately from the car keys and not next to mobile phone. Do not leave it in your car or insurance will be void in the event of theft. Also had problems with it when on ferry going to Spa as VTS reported car stolen as it was moving and separated from fob. I only found out then that I had to inform them when on ferry etc.
I didn't get the option of having it activated or not it was a case of you have to do it or car will not be insured

Brian,

I have only had experience of Tracker as we have it fitted to our cars and we can track cars. We often get info from other systems like VTS and other GPS systems when vehicles are stolen. Tracker is the only ssytem that the police have direct access to. The dogs sound like a good idea belt and braces mate.

thats a bit flash for an old biffer like you brian.....

very nice...presume you traded in the yellow one?

Yes traded it in ..see no point in two Boxsters but on the look out for a cheap Porsche as a run around

Nice car.
When the weather improves i will show you how to adjust the POPE function ( Porsche Old People Enjoyment.
This is technology introduced from Italy and unless adjusted properly can cause black smoke to come out the roof so beware...

What you haven't sussed yet Greig is that while you young lads are working your nuts off ... it's us old biffers that are having all the fun! [:D]

And paying your taxes to keep us oldies in the style we are accustomed too [:D]..It will be your time all to soon and believe me it comes around to ........ fast .Just going to turn up the heating stat getting colder [;)]Love this heating allowance .

Lovely car Brian........well done.

Did you get it on "Motorbility" or did you just hand over your Bus Pass? I shudder to think what the First Lady had to say! Is she still in "intensive care", or visiting her lawyers?

What with Gill in her virgin (?) white Cayman R, and you in a celebration of Chinese New Year you'll have "Wee Heck" calling for a ban on anything other than Blue!

BTW, Why not bring it on the PCGB Arctic Highway Challenge in June? If you've got it....flaunt it!

Avril sends her best wishes......well done,
john c
