New cayman s owner in central Scotland, also are 1st ever Porsche, very impressed so far

Welcome. I've had mine coming on 8 years now and still think it's the best car Porsche make! [;)]
 
the whole mid engine thing, does seem to give great cornering ability, the car seems to luv them lol, is your cayman standard John?

Yup, it has few cosmetic tweaks, but other wise bog standard and with very few extras. Now done 62,000 miles too
 
When the new Cayman came out last year I did a comparison with my older car, which was published earlier this year by Porsche Post. If you missed it there is a copy on my website here http://www.arthurlea.com/Stories/Cayman/index.htm which sums up my feelings about the car.
