New clutch - who should fit it

Need a new clutch. From the point of view of keeping the cars 'good history' etc should I get clutch fitted by a known RS specialist eg Tognola/JZ Machtech who are a long, long way from me, or could I get a good but less well known specialist to do it eg Autowerke up here in Norfolk.

I would always get servicing done by known RS specialist but does it matter on a new clutch?

I'd say as long as it is a Porsche specialist, no prob. Just make sure they check the release bearing, selector fork, flywheel and state of clutch master cylinder and hoses while they do it........oh, and a top end overhaul prob wouldn't go amiss!![:D]
