I have just fitted a new stainless steel sports exhaust back box to my 2.5 Boxster.
The item is a Janspeed twin outlet unit with stainless steel end pipes, supplied by Design 911.UK
For anybody who was thinking of changing their exhaust, the finish is supperb and the unit fitted perfectly.
The kit came with all clamps and gaskets so after the rear bumper and old box had been removed back to the cats, it bolted on within an hour.
The sound is much deeper at low revs, but is not intrusive at cruising speeds.
I spent many weeks looking at different web sites and speaking to a few suppliers most units came without the side pipes, and as mine had corroded and being the reason for the change these were no good.
Oh by the way, don't forget to plug the number plate lights wire back in, before the rear bumper is re-fitted!!
