HI Guys

Im new to the forum so hello for starters!

Im after some advice regarding front bumpers on 964RS's. My car has just been imported into Dubai from the uk and sadly has got damaged in the process so I have decided to replace the front bumper!

Can anyone recommend either a good aftermarket part or would you try to get an original unit! Also if im going to go aftermarket are there any kits that make the front a bit more agressive?

Cheers Phil

Original front PU's (the cover bit) can be ordered from your local Porsche dealer at a price £619.71 +VAT. The correct part number is 964 505 113 00.

I tried to find cheaper sources but there aren't However, you could get a standard Carrera one and fill the washer holes. You might get one second hand. As for more agression, this is best achieved by replacing the undertray with little "wings" coming out of them. however, IMO they look fine on a 993 RS and not so good on the 964.

Some of the specialists that advertise in PP have them on occasion. And they come up on ebay every now and again. For aftermarket you could try www.fvd.de . There is also a german company (can't remember which) that do them in carbon fibre. A NOS one was offered on here a while ago for about £300

Thank you guys.....Ive managed to get ahold of a stock item from Porsche middle east and will be getting it fitted soon. Now need to decide whether to fit the extra brake cooling ducts for track use over here!?
