New Game: Name that Cable block

Hi all,

Now that the weather is improving slightly I’ve ventured into the garage again.

Does anyone know what this cable block is for under the steering column ?

It’s disconnected and doesn’t seem to be causing any grief but I would like to know what it’s for.

I wondered if anyone had experienced of this before?

I'd hazard a guess at cruise control as the loom usually contains wires for all the options, but unplugged if no option. Could also be for speakers maybe and has been bypassed at some point if new speakers or stereo put in, maybe even for the stereo fader that older cars had. Either way, I would be worrying about it!
