Anyone managed to bag one of these beauties?

They're not being announced until 7th April, yet all 500 appear to have been sold already. []

In spite of 30 years with Porsche, I seem to be persona non grata since my defection to the underworld, so not much chance of me getting one - unless of course I pay a premium to one of the "genuine owners" who have been allocated one. [8|]

Regards,

Clive.

500 bhp from 4.0L N/A engine in a super-lightweight car should be one amazing machine.

PDK-S too is meant to be in there from the 991 GT3 to come next year - but I don't understand how they can mate the GT1 block engine with PDK, as the 991 GT3 will use the new 9A1 engine. So does this mean the GT3 RS LE will not have a Metzger engine?...nah, it's got to be manual only surely!

Hmmmm, only available to speculator freinds, so they can make a tidy profit![]
Perhaps Porsche should consider doing what McLaren did with the F1. Resale only back to the supplier at list (If my memory serves well?).
