Ok its been a while since ive been on here, the turbo is running great now and things are getting sorted, I have however an old set of aftermarket airhorns fitted to the car as the original porschones had packed up some time in the past.
Its now time for these ones to give up.
I have ordered two new ones from porsche awaiting arival they told me a bracket wsnt needed but i cant see how they fit.
from my understanding they attach behind the front bumper on the passenger side i cant see any sign of a bracket, dose anyone know if they should have one? or any photos of any attached would be great
thanks
Chris

Hello Chris

The location sounds spot on but I will need to take a look at mine to see how they are attached, will try to take a photo as well.

Should there be a twin tone when you sound the horn? I've always wondered about this.
It looks like they are two horns but I think only one works on mine, sounds a bit flat.

yes there should be a twin tone as far as i know will let you know a photo will be great thanks
ill be picking them up tomorrow hopefully so ill post a photo if i can work out how lol
thanks
chris

Hello Chris

Have not got around to getting the second horn on my car working or taking any photos.
Did you get yours set up and running yet?

Hi yes sorry for the delay been away, yes the horns are all sorted with a nice two tone sound, sounds much more like a porsche now lol
really loud too.
I made up a bracket out of a piece of angle iron really solid.
