I attended my first R21 meeting last night at the Royal Oak and you just like to say thank you to everyone there for making me feel so welcome. I'd hardly got out of the car and people were coming up to welcome me!

The evening was made all the sweeter by being on the winning Pub Quiz team, made up almost entirely of new members. Well done Chris (Spyderman), Adrian, Douglas, Neil, Hilary and me (Bob). Also many thanks are due to Martin for arranging the quiz.

Hope to see you all at the next event :)

 
Thanks for a great evening, Martin - very well organised and a big turnout too. Quite how you rigged the quiz so we won, I don't know - or wasn't I supposed to say that?
