New Member and new 997 Targa 4S X51

I'm a new member and have just purchased my first 997 Targa S4 - X51 and was hoping to find out if anyone knows the procedures for replacing the retracting cables for targa roof please as my cables seem to be worn. Also can recommend a good handsfree AppleiPhone PCM kit please?
