Looking good. Welcome to the club. How far north are you.Its not so sunny here today!

Dear Robin NE Scotland adjacent to the best salmon fishing in Scotland. It's currently warm at 15 degrees C with sunny clear blue skies. Warm enough for one of these to be crossing our path recently! regards FBR

New 981 member saying hello from the sunny North.

So far the 981 has proved to be excellent in both winter & summer guises. It's a small improvement over my original Porsche offering - 1953 VW type 1, which covered about 200K and grew and additional exhaust pipe.

Not quite sure how the picture will turn out but worth a whirl!

Dear Anthony Guards red looks good on both the Boxster, Cayman and the 991 (but we would say that wouldn't we). I was tempted by your painted roll bars - nice bit of pizzazz with the top down. The standard 981/91 colours (apart from black) seem to show of the bodylines to good effect. I was surprised how poor these new variants looked in the lighter metallic colours, when you see the cars 'in the metal' as opposed to the glossy publicity images. Life would be very boring if we all had the same tastes. Take the spyder thread and the shiny gold finishes - natural selection has surely got to win out at some point. The sunshine will come. Currently we going enjoying our best Scottish four seasons weather an hour. best wishes FBR
