Hello All
I am a new member to the club and thought i'd say hello to you all.
I am 55 years old and live in wakefield i have my first porshe a coltbolt blue boxster 2007. I think it is an amazing car and whished I had one sooner.
I work in Leeds as a IT support engineer.
I am now running out of things to say so will shut up

Hello Glen and welcome! We have only just joined in January and awaiting arrival of our Boxster on 1st March, latest report is that it boarded a ship at Emden in Germany yesterday, Friday, so we hope it has a safe passage. Regards Tim & Sheila
 
Hi Glen, hope to see you soon, good way to introduce yourself. Mywife and myself jumped in at the deep end and went to the club meeting un introduced, but came out the other end with a great warm welcome[:D].
 
Hi all Many thanks for your replies I do intend coming to the next meeting so looking forward to meeting you all on the 6th of march. Let me know if I have that wrong please. I wouldn't want to get a complex beacuse because I turned up on the wromg night (snigger snigger) Sorry for that but I have seem to got a reputation for crap jokes. Take care all
 
Hi Glen Must be an age think, got my first Porsche, an 06 Boxster S in Guards Red at 55, loved ever minute of it, But after a lot of bullying from that Carnaby35 chap I had to swop it for a 997 (only joking Chris.) [:D] Unfortunatley can't make the I next meeting, sure you'll enjoy yourself their a good lot. Regards Steve
 
I wish I'd had a 'previous Porsche' that I could put at the bottom of my forum messages instead of just that 996 Carrera 4 thing that I've got. Must say though Steve that it is a bit of a pose telling everybody that you used to have a car the same as Vidal Sassoon.
