I was given a guided tour of the showroom and workshop areas by the very helpful and friendly sales staff - a huge difference to the old Arlington experience! (I' ll say no more on that subject). The workshop has a seating area for customers where you can watch the technician work on your pride and joy at close quarters!
I am due to take my 996 C4 Cab in this week for some minor warranty work. I am expecting a great service based upon what I have seen and heard already.

The service centrelooked good though - with the glass wall to view the action whilst listening to the B&O CD player or watching the B&O television. They had a 964 and an early 928 in at the time.
The labour rate is £90 per hour but you should ask for a owners club discount.
Also, I heard today that HROwen, Hatfield has been bought by Porsche GB. Is this going to be a Mercedes-like forced take over?

I mean no disrespect to owners of these cars, but until / unless OPC' s understand that there is massive market outside the new cars, that could be won, if only they invested wisely, then they will continue to lose revenue to the independants
I' d love to have an OPC stamp in my service book, If I didn' t think my car would be handled by someone who new less about my car than I did.
Whinge over..
