Picked up Today, then straight to MOT station, Pass with advisory on tyre, Post Office for Tax. Bit of a Gamble buying without MOT. It's a 2000 'V' Boxster S, manual, Silver.
Is the steering wheel adjustable? if so, How? Thanks.

Alan.

Welcome to the mid engines! Steering wheel on the Boxster S is adjustable fore/aft, you will find a plastic lever below the steering column shroud behind the wheel which hinges down easily once this has unlocked the column you can pull it back or push it forward quite easily and once it's in the position you require, close the lever, the column may move a little as it seems to be a toothed engagement but it's small steps. Enjoy the Boxster S.

You bought one then..... Looking forward to seeing it! Just the right weather for the roof down today!

Nice car saw it today at the open day at SP place in Stirling a good turnout and a few nice Boxsters

I was at Stuart Patterson's (SP Autobahn, Stirling) Today, he had it up on his ramp and gave it a quick inspection. All seems well. Nice Guy, good little set up with the personal touch. Alan.

Hi Alan Congrats on the purchase of your Boxster and welcome to the Boxster fold. I hope to meet you at an event in the future and enjoy your car. Regards Tracy Wilkins Boxster RS

Thanks Tracy, going to New Boxster Launch at PC Glasgow on Thursday in it. Will possibly be at Chateau Impney in August, but will probably be in the 944 as it's 25 years of 944 this year. I wil try to say hello though. Alan.

Hi Alan I look forward to seeing you at Chateau Impney, that looks to being a great event . I don't get to see the new 981 until next Tuesday @ PC Cambridge, but can't wait. Cheers Tracy
