The script is held on by a kind of sticky backed tape. Try soaking the badge in warm water for a while, then use dental floss to 'saw' under the script until it all comes off. Should be fairly easy, then the new one (available from www.Eurocarparts.com) can be easily stuck on.
That's exactly what I did. After washing, it came off with a little work with some floss. The spongy residue that was left came off with a little bit of Autoglym Intensive Tar Remover and some gentle elbow grease.
I left a tiny bit of residue on the extreme left and right so I knew where to position exactly the new badge. Be careful when applying the new badge though - once it touches the paintowork, the bloody thing sticks instantly!
I got mine from www.porscheshop.co.uk who I've always found to be cheap, reliable and friendly.
Here it is - hot off the camera phone...
Is it me or does it look like it's sloping downwards from left to right?[8|]
I'll get my coat..............

Hehe. I thought that, but no it doesn't. A trick of the eye and camera no doubt.
