New Porsche museum opens 31/01/09

Don't forget to visit the new Mercedes-Benz museum as well if you are in Stuttgart, it is totally awesome - Porsche of course worked for Mercedes from 1923 to 1929 and was responsible for the fantastic SS and SSK roadsters, both of which can be seen in the Museum, along with the fantastic silver arrow racers from the 30's and 50's.

A group of us on the Driving Adventures 911 Swiss Alps trip will be visiting the new Porsche Museum in early July.. [:)]

The 997 Register Swiss trip stopped at the Mercedes museum for a look around and lunch, well worth the visit.
Also great to see Porsche having a building up to the Mercedes museum standard.
