If you are doing it yourself be prepared for a lot of work and pinch bolts sized and welded in

all 4 off shocks & springs and bump stops (Plus domed washer that were corroded on)
Top mounts x 4
drop links x 4
sway bar bushes front and back
coffin arms and all track control arms all four corners as all eccentric bolts were stuck and needed to be cut out
This ended up as a LOT bigger job and more expensive than planned
Moral of the story be prepared
Still working on the car I will finish over Christmas the I need to get it re aligned
I will update the post on the improvement in January

Had a quick drive and everything appears to be all good
Car is defiantly stiffer with the new control arms and suspension set up
Koni's feel good will report back later when I have had a good drive
