Just got my car back from having new sills, front wings, a general tidy up and respray! And its white again!

SAR classics in Hertfordshire, they also supplied my front splitter. Still not sure whether to fit the stone guards back on or not, apparently its hard to get them on nicely on white for some reason?

Hi Ross,
I was admiring your car there the other day when it was up on the ramps, I did wonder who's it was. Looks stunning and in the best colour too [;)]
You can only get clear and not white coloured stone guards now, which will yellow with time. Without them you will get stone chips, my car has a few small ones after being on the road for year, so they are a good idea and not very expensive if you decide to change them reasonably regularly. I do prefer the look without though!

I'm wondering if they have a job lot of white paint beacuse that's the only colour I've seen cars come out of there with? :ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO:

Looks really really nice. How much of the car did you have resprayed if you don't mind me asking as I'm also looking to have mine done

Definately the best colour, just have to wash it everyday! Ahh okay, i heard there was white ones aswell, ive got the clear ones, but alan wasnt too confident about fitting them and being happy with them..so im definately not gonna try myself! But yeah i like it without! Don't know what to do!

Resprayed parts were the sides, back and bumpers, the roof and bonnet were just polished up and match well enough!

Very nice , I have read good things about them and have fancied paying them a visit.
If they come up with good quotes , I will be trying them in the future for sure. Being not too far away myself [:D]

Looks like a good job, you now also need a new PORSCHE script for the rear about £29 from OPC, fit this the same way as you would fit the clear stonguards.
Try not to get your clean fingers on the sticky side too much use some slightly soapy water and slide into position take most of the air bubbles out with a squedgee (sp) or credit card type thing.
Apply some gentle heat with a hairdryer you will be left with some small air bubbles but these will disappear in a couple of weeks.
PM For full details for fitting of rear script.
Jim

To be honest i didnt even notice that they hadnt put a new porsche script on the back! Shows how much attention i pay! Cheers for the advice on fitting, i think i will give it a go!
