New Spoiler Wall - Where From?

I bought mine from OPC a couple of years back with the club discount having found to my surprise that they were the cheapest.

Thanks Guys,

I'll do some phoning around.

I saw a thread on Rennlist where a number of owners were adding a large Porsche logo to the spoiler wall. However, given that it is probably the one of the most recongizable vehicles on the road a further Porsche logo is probably superflous.

£56.60 + VAT
+ P & P ( told would be approx. £5 ) at OPC Reading.

but then subtract Club discount.[:D]

Bert's postage works out well for lots of items - but gets a tad dear for individual items.

I noticed that on my car the spoiler wall has a gap at the top when the spoiler is deployed. Is this correct?

the gap means the wall is split (broken) They all seam to go on the thin section that folds, I had 2 in 4 years (£60 a go).
Do get it replaced as your engine won't be getting all the cooling air it needs

I bought one last Monday, £48 +VAT from Porschapart

You don't need to take the spoiler apart as shown on the p-car website to replace the spoiler wall. I recall manually raising the spoiler half way, slicing the old wall in two with a Stanley knife (that made it easier to manipulate and get out) and I think it was just a case of peeling it off its mounts along one of the edges and sliding it out from a channel for the other. To fit the new one do the edge that needs to be slid in place first then snap the other edge in place. Pretty sure it was fairly intuitive and certainly not a hard job.

Thanks for that. Seems it's a frequent issue. I spent some time at the weekend behind a couple of other 993s and they both had the same problem!
