New Stainless Steel Cat Back Exhaust

New cat back system fitted. Less than half the weight of the OEM one, now sounds like a proper sports car, and engine breathes better too!

Hi Tony,

I'm looking to replace the exhaust on our 1992 968 cab with more sound a definite requirement, I know from the 968 register visit to RPM at Tring offer a couple of systems and locally we have a Powerflow bespoke stainless system agent who build systems to achieve more sound, quieter, performance or economy but not sure what to go for?

Whose system did you go for?

Regards

Tony W.

I spent a lot of time investigating different systems but decided to use Infinity Exhausts not far from Castle Coombe, because of their great reputation. Each system is built from scratch to your requirements, it took about 2 hours for mine, and they discussed everying in detail, including the sound I wanted. It cost £360 less 10% club discount and I am very pleased with the result.

Thomas,
Mine is set up to be "sporty" on acceleration , it's no noisier on the cruise, but strangely is loud on the overrun ! They can design one to your spec. Actually mine has gone a bit deeper now there is 500 miles on the clock.
Cheers,
Tony
