As R24 now have a new committe which is split, 2 Beds members and 2 Cambs members, I thought I would ask the question :-
I heard some discussion about moving the Club Night from the Ferryboat at St Ives to somewhere nearer the
Beds / Cambs border to make club night more accessible to the Beds members, for me it's a 100mile round trip,
2-21/2 hrs, hence I have only been to club night 2-3 times in the last 5 years. I do a 2 hr round trip for work each day, so can't be asked basically to drive that far in the evening.
Is this still a possibility, also nothing against the Ferryboat which is in a lovely location.

Your right, very quiet on here,
I thought I might have a lot more responses as I haven't looked since I posted last week, never mind.
I have been told it's unlikly to change from the Ferryboat, partly because the room is free.
John,
We used to go to the Carriage House club nights until its demise, was only a 35/40 min journey and was a reasonable venue.
We started going to R21 club nights last year but haven't been to one since before Xmas. Haven't been to R10 club nights but do some off their events during the year.
Also go up to Ace Cafe for the R20 meetings every other month.
We live near Leighton Buzzard.
