Not at all Paul. Welcome......and I love white Porkas. Hope to see it and you at the next meet ;)

Hello Paul, and welcome.
Region 6, North Wales, has a meeting at the Red Lion, Northop on the second Wednesday of each month. Looking forward to meeting you there.

Arfor

shame its second wednesday as most of wirral/ chester members head to the north west meet that night, may be worth swopping for the future....

Hi, Keith,
As you know, all members are welcome to attend whichever regional meeting suits them best. While not wanting to take anything away from the North West Region, why not pop across to Northop once in a while?

Cheers - Arfor

Hello Keith,
Several months ago, when Paul & Val Kenny were re-vitalising Region 6, (and a sterling job they are doing, BTW) an informal poll was taken of the members who had attended the initial few meetings, and the general feeling was that the second Wednesday of each month, at the Red Lion, Northop, would suit most people. You are in the fortunate position of being able to attend the meetings of both regions, but not all of us are in that happy situation, for a variety of reasons. So, in your case, it's a case of "decisions, decisions!" But do try to come to see us some time.

Cheers, Arfor.

know of half a dozen lads that would probably do both events if they were on different nights

We could always meet at the thatch (Like we used to before we were .......reorganised[;)]) on a different night, unofficially of course.

Sorry guys, but I think some of u are forgetting R6 didn't exist in any positive way for years until Paul and Val got involved. They also made the effort to find a venue and a date that suited the majority of people.

I think some of you are being diss-respectful to the work thats been done. If some of you want to meet every week, feel free, or indeed go to the R5 meeting instead, but don't start putting pressure on the best thing thats happened in this region for years especially as its still in its infancy!

hi mike, we can post usual wirral meet in north england section , tuesday night again ? not trying to disrespect hard work by any organiser (thankless task) but when ian turley ran north wales region we used to meet on 1st wed then north west 2nd wed then lancs 3rd wed, so could have a busy month... just trying to suggest a night that you can fill the carpark with porkers, it soon kills a region off when you get a meet with 5 cars turning up...........

diss-respectful to the work thats been done.

Craig, you are totally wrong.

Why would we want to be Dis-respectful to Paul and Val, they are very nice people................and their engine is in the front[:D]

It is just that we used to meet every month throughout the summer......and now we don't.

Kieth is correct, you would get more attendance if you did not clash with the neighbours, but thats up to you.

If we meet at the Thatch in Wirral it will be unofficial and totally unorganised, with the exception of the date. We will make sure it does not clash with other meetings and all are welcome.

Just think of it as an optional extra.

Hi Keith

Just come back from holiday and seen the discussion on the forum re the timing of our monthly meeting. This was agreed after discussion with members who turned up to our initial meetings which were on various nights and at five different locations.

Sorry you can't make it but you are more than welcome to join us on any weekend outings, which will be notified in the Porsche Post or on the forum, as are any members of the Porsche Club.

Hope we will see you at some time for an enjoyable trip out - you will be very welcome

Kind regards

Paul and Val Kenny

Hi Paul

Look forward to seeing you soon. Glad your car is white as we don't have too many of them! Feel free to park next to us as red and white go well together.

Kind regards

Paul and Val Kenny
