down the loch cross to fastlane down rhu and back over

Hi mate I almost wrote the car off about 5 mins after talking to you at the spar in Balloch when I went upto my parents at the park and it was just a sheet of black ice at the mollanbowie turn and slid right across the road at thr turn in!! Luckily the other car seen it happeneing and slowed a bit.... (phew!)

Anyway most folks are on holiday at present but the forum and the outings are lively enough and a nicer bunch of porsche owners you'll not meet!!

Scott the RO will be along soon if he's near a PC to say hello and get your email etc!!

PPS - That was your car at the petrol station in dumbarton the other night wasn't it? Sports exhaust I take it as it sounded great heading off!! Great looking car btw.

You on commission Paul ...yes welcome to the club like the car cabs are so particle in this weather [:D] I have a 987 and love it second Boxster and 10th Porsche they can become addictive.See you at some event soon

Off to Stobo Castle for a few days so will catchup with you all soon.

If I am honest I have not really told many people about here before as I wasn't really that active a member but feel over the last year or so it has really grown and is a good scene to tell people about now I know more about it. Roll on knockhill track days!!

over by you John Andrews has a 996 c4s cab, theres a 987 that comes over the hill on his way to work around 7.45am on to the a82

And have seen a silver 987 in dumbarton

Hi John, welcome to the forum. Nice choice of cars!! My other half has a Caterham R300, of
course, i'm the one with the common sense and have a 997 2s!!

The club has numerous events that suit everyone so look forward to meeting you sometime soon.

If you are intersted we have club meets the fist tue of each month and the first Thu of each month, Sherbrooke Tue and Dakota south Queensferry Thu,

2K less than the RO gets...when I was RO I tongue in cheek said I was looking for an assistant and said it paid 10K a year and someone emailed me to ask if he could be considered ,he was not pleased when I told him it was a wind up ,and just in case people think that Scott or any other RO gets paid for doing this job forget it is all for FREE

10k a year.....is that just for the petrol allowance for the turbo? [:D] (still think it'd be short [:(] )
