My 2006 V6 was in for an wheel alignment today (long story involing personal stupidity and a low wall whilst reversing) .. Borrowed a new V6 for courtesy car ..

Spec Comparison
Mine : Tiptronic, Park Assist, B-Xenon Headlamp, Sports Seats, Light Comfort pack, Cruise Control, heated seats & heated Steering wheel :) , Auto Air Conditioning, PCM and Sat Nav, Sport Aluminum pack, BOSE, Air Suspension, 19 inch Cayenne wheels

Courtesy Car : Tiptronic with the Sports mode Option, Park Assist, Std Seats, Cruise Control, Auto Air Conditioning, PCM and Sat Nav, Steel Suspension, 19 inch wheels

+ve Impressions .. The new engine is definatly more responsive, in fact a very nice improvement.. Sports Gear Box thrown in makes it even more impressive .. with out sports button, kickdown dropped it 2 gears, with sports button it dropped it 3 gears Also 75% of travel makes it 100% of throttle, so more "agrresive".

-ve Impressions : Engine seemed noisier compared to mine and IMO not as nice a burble.
Did not like the steeel suspension compared to my V6 ride.
Missed the (IMHO) much more comfortable sports seats.

Verdict - add Air and Sports seats and all the bells and whistles I currently have and I'd say the new V6 is a much improved variant ...
