If your car has 16"'s I am pretty sure that 19"'s will not fit. Best check that before you decide. My personal opinion is that even going to 18" will give a much harsher ride. It depends what you are trying to achieve.

I also have a buckle in one of the front alloys, need to replace it, but no idea what the alloy is or where i could find it, any help would be great.

I got my wheels refurbished at Lepsons in Swindon, they can do a great job too. You'd would be surprised what they can do, when they came along to our R16 club night they had brought 4 nice wheels along and they all had been written off by a Porsche Centre's

Also check your for local wheel refurbishers as specialists change about £ 60 per wheel
Lots of people have had it done though.
