Hollywood Glitz and Glamour the
We are now pleased to announce the theme for our New Year event which is Hollywood Glitz and Glamour - The Oscars to be held once again at Marsh Farm Hotel, Wootton Bassett. This is an evening to sparkle like film stars and we ask you to give yourselves an imaginary film star name and to identify yourselves by wearing a name badge so that you may be addressed correctly during this particular evening. There will be prizes for the best and most imaginative names. In addition members are requested to send us a write up as to why they think they deserve to win an Oscar. Here again in line with the theme of the event Oscars will be awarded!!!
Our entertainment will be provided by the Moving Star Band so you can dance the night away with live music until 1.00am. If you have a special request you wish the band to play, please let us know and we will submit this for you. The bar will also stay open until the band finishes playing.
This is a black tie event. The evening will start with a drinks and canapé reception, followed by a 3 course dinner. Prices are lower than last year!! The cost for the dinner and bed and breakfast is £86.50 per person based on two people sharing a room. The cost of the dinner alone is £54.00 per person. The menu will be sent to you when you book for you to select your choice. The number of bedrooms available to us is limited and being held for a short period, so please book with us as soon as possible.
To make your reservation please send a cheque as deposit for £75.00 per couple if you require accommodation (please note that the balance due is to be paid direct to the hotel on departure), or for the dinner only please send a cheque for £54.00 per person.
