Region 16 would like to extend an invitation to Region 31 members to our New Year event which is to be held at Marsh Farm Hotel, Wootton Basset. This delightful, grade II listed, country farm house hotel is conveniently located just 2 miles from junction 16 of the M4 Motorway and 3 miles west of Swindon. The hotel stands in several acres of landscaped gardens and, most importantly, there is ample private car parking.

The evening will start with a Champagne reception, followed by a 3 course dinner and then we can dance the night away to the Disco until 1.00am. The bar will stay open until the disco finishes. There will also be entertainment during the evening.

This is a black tie event and this is an evening to sparkle. You may well be of royal descent, so please wear your jewels (crowns, coronets, diadems, tiaras, medals, sashes, etc.) and we would ask you to identify your title by wearing a name badge so that you may be addressed correctly during this particular evening. There will be prizes for the grandest or most imaginative titles.

The number of bedrooms available to us is limited and being held for a short period, so please book early. The cost for the dinner and bed and breakfast is £94.00 per person based on two people sharing a room. The menu will be sent to you when you book for you to select your choice.

To reserve your place please send a cheque as a deposit for £75.00 per couple made out to Porsche Club GB (R16) and sent to Tony and Harriet Shannon, 4 The Knowle, Stockley Lane, CALNE, Wiltshire SN11 0SE (Please note that the balance due is to be paid direct to the hotel on departure).

We hope you will be able to join us.
Tony and Harriet
