New Years Lunch

There seems to be some confusion over the date of the new years lunch, as it was originally planned for the 9th,

the new years lunch is Sunday 16th January, Its £20/head - fixed price menu and its been emailed to everyone already - anyone that hasnt seen it, drop me a mail and I will forward it to you.

I need final numbers this weekend to book the table,

I have around 20 booked so far, so I do need to let them know if anyone else is attending.

I will post and email out final details Sat 15th for the pre-lunch run, assuming weather is ok,

hi all, Final details for Sundays lunch, Meeting point is McDonalds Car Park in Balloch. I will be there around 10.30am, as there are a few coming for a coffee and a gab. We will be leaving 11.15am sharp and driving up to Callander and then on the Oban road, then cutting back down to Inverary and back to Loch Fyne. Its about 70 miles and should take around 90 minutes which gets us to Loch Fyne for 12.45. I have two large tables booked for lunch and the cost is £20/head. In order to avoid any bun fight over lunch/drinks bills etc, I will collect the £20/head from everyone either at McDonalds or when we arrive at Loch Fyne. Drinks can be ordered and paid for seperatly at the bar. I drove the road yesterday and there was no problem with snow and none really forecast before Sunday so it is going ahead unless I post up otherwise. If your name is not in the list below - then I have not booked you space for lunch so please contact me urgently as there may be difficulty in accomodating anyone that turns up without a reservation. Oh - ps, if you arent coming on the run and making your own way to Loch Fyne - please let me know as I must confirm on the morning if there is any change to the numbers booked.
