Colour is Zermatt Silver if im not wrong (the best colour IMHO).
How long have you had the car?
What year is she as the private plate is hiding the year.....
I really am considering an early car as a toy at the moment, Chris, your car may have set me off again.

Oh come on mate you know guards red turbos are the best. And fastest!!!!
Getting in early with the S2 vs turbo argument there well done[
..p.s. If your into modifying at all and want to improve the looks of the back end of your lux. Look into get a Dansk rear section for the exhaust and a slotted rear valance. Looks fantastic as a combination and much improves the rear of the car in my opinion.

do you guys have any get togethers?
Oh, yes. [
Check out the "events" sticky. Porsche and Polo is a major National event for our register in August, Frontrunner in October is the last major event of the year. There are also plenty of local region meetings, and a few times a year you'll see informal get-togethers posted here.
If you have anywhere in mind, suggest it. We regulars are often happy to travel halfway across the country for a morning's tyre-kicking followed by a pub lunch.

Cracked dash is pretty standard on the early cars sadly.
Indeed.
Something that has never worried me. Antiques actually have far more value when they have the visible wear expected of their age. Why shouldn't that be the same with cars? Later dashes are now cracking the same way. Either lay up a stash of helathy ones now, or accept that it's just the gentle ageing process.
