Newbie! And a question or 2.

Hi all, I'm new here, and after spending a couple of hours looking about, I have a couple of unanswered questions.... I would like to spruce up the sound of my newly aqcuired 2.5, and releasing a few extra horses is never a bad thing, but can't seem to find anything except the Janspeed exhaust. Anyone have any links or numbers to do simple upfrades, eg perhaps decat (or hi-flow cat), maybe a more efficient air filter, uprated brake pads / discs and of course a freer flowing exhaust.

Apologies if these questions have been answered, but I did have a hunt around here. Thanks for any help.

Oh, and the battery in the key - is it a Dealer only re-fit, or is it available from any sort of car fetting place?

The Dansk exhausts seem to vary a lot in quality - some seem to resonate a lot, others not so.

The Janspeed needs a fitting kit to enable the 2.5 pipework to mate up i think

Supersprint exhaust is the best i've heard, availability for a 2.5 tho i'm not sure.
